We want you to feel completely at ease in your Eberjey essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or credit.

Return Process

  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging or a similar protective mailer.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive an email confirmation once your refund or exchange has been processed.
